Racoon insist upon expert
instruction with every system sold and have the HABIA seal
of approval for the core of our education programmes. The
length of training will depend on your chosen training option
and will all take place in your salon with an experienced
Racoon trainer. Training is usually scheduled for the beginning
of the week, so as not to interfere with regular salon business.
We want to ensure that not only have you been given comprehensive
hands-on training, but you also feel absolutely comfortable
about using the system and have had all your questions answered.
We recommend that at least 4 stylists (including the salon
owner) should be trained to protect your investment and enable
you to provide a better service to your clients. Racoon strongly
recommends that the manager or the owner of the salon, if
not training, is present for as much of the training as possible.
