As a trainer for Racoon, Hayley has been focused on promoting education within the art of hair extensions. However, as a new member of the RAT Pack, she hopes to develop her creative skills and whilst will continue to educate, is excited to learn new skills and develop her technique, “joining the RAT Pack has opened up so many doors for me, giving me the kind of opportunities that I just wouldn’t get working in the salon.” Before joining the RAT Pack Hayley had appeared in a variety of publications such as The Courier, The Examiner and Creative Head. At Salon International 2005, Hayley assisted on the extension work for Nick Malenko on the Racoon stand and also applied extensions for the TIGI Artistic Team. Hayley has been working with Racoon extensions for 4 years and loves the freedom that extensions give her as a hairdresser as they allow her to dramatically transform people’s looks and to be more creative – something that Hayley hopes to develop through her involvement with the RAT Pack.
